UK DELIVERY

Next Day delivery is guaranteed only for the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands) if orders are placed before 1:00pm GMT Monday to Thursday, at a cost of £8.90.

Royal Mail 24 delivery is available for the UK mainland at £4.50, taking 1-3 working days. Royal Mail 48 delivery is also available for the UK mainland at £4.50, taking 2-5 working days.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Free UK Delivery is applicable on orders over £60 to the UK mainland only, excluding the Highlands, taking 2-5 working days.

Next Day delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands.

Signature is required upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver to over 40 Worldwide destinations.

European orders aim to be delivered within 7-10 working days. For International Orders (Including USA), delivery aims to be within 10-15 working days.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 15 working days from the dispatch date before contacting Customer Service.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

Track your order anytime by clicking the tracking number in the dispatch email. Visit our courier’s website and enter your tracking number for details.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you miss the delivery attempts, follow instructions on the courier’s card for redelivery.

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can choose a different delivery address during checkout. Ensure accuracy as amendments cannot be made post-order.

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS

Contact us if your parcel is lost or damaged. We’ll submit a claim on your behalf for a refund, but note it may take up to 28 days.

ORDERS LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION

Contact us if you want orders left in a secure place. However, note that it’s at your own risk, and we’re not liable for lost or damaged orders.

WORKING DAYS

Monday to Friday are working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

We deliver to UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands, except BFPO and PO Box addresses.
