PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to present the colors of our products on the website as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual colors you see may vary depending on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the color of the product upon delivery.

Due to the unique handmade nature of our items, slight variations may occur from the images displayed, and Mirhadiz reserves the right to modify individual components.

All sizes and measurements provided are approximate; however, we strive to ensure their accuracy to the best of our ability.

We take great care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices displayed on the website are correct at the time of entry into the system. However, we reserve the right to reject orders in cases where product information has been inaccurately published, including errors in prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of UK or Republic of Ireland VAT (as applicable). Product availability may vary, and if an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, we will promptly notify you, and you will not be charged for the unavailable items.

We regularly update our online store, and while some promotions may be exclusive to our retail stores, we may offer special discounts online that are not available in-store. Certain website promotions may also be restricted to specific jurisdictions.

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

For security purposes, the billing name and address must match those of the credit/debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet these criteria.

ACCEPTANCE

For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, and opened audio or video recordings or computer software are exempt from this right. If you wish to cancel under this right, please notify us in writing within 7 working days starting from the day after you receive the goods.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods and returning them to us promptly. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a refund.

Specially commissioned or made-to-order garments can only be canceled within five days of placing the order due to the commencement of work and preparation involved. Refunds or cancellations will not be processed after this period, but your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We retain legal ownership of the goods until full payment is made, and ownership reverts to us if we refund any payment to you.

ACCURACY

While we strive for accuracy in color reproduction, please note that colors may vary depending on monitor settings. The material on our website is provided for informational purposes only, and we do not warrant its accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness, or timeliness. Although we endeavor to maintain the reliability and availability of our website, errors, interruptions, or delays may occur due to the inherent instability of the internet.

FABRICS & EMBROIDERY

Many of our items feature hand embroidery and are delicate in their usage. Occasionally, beadwork may shift, which is a characteristic of the craftsmanship rather than a defect. These garments should be handled with care, especially on special occasions.

The majority of fabrics used are 100% Polyester.

Please follow the washing instructions carefully, as heavy embroidered items require dry cleaning. Variations in patterns may occur due to individual dyeing methods.

Outfits may have a faint smell of paraffin, a result of the dry-cleaning process post-embroidery, which dissipates over time.

If you receive damaged or incomplete items, please reject the parcel upon delivery or notify the courier immediately. For damaged goods, contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the order.

GENERAL

No order is binding until accepted by Mirhadiz. Legal ownership of items transfers to you upon delivery or full payment, whichever is later. Any variations to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

POSTAGE CHARGES

A delivery fee of £5.99 applies to all orders to England, Wales, and select parts of Scotland.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

In the event of stock unavailability, we may refund the item and dispatch the order, attempt to contact you for verification, or reschedule delivery.

SALES POLICY

We offer exchanges only for sale items, subject to availability. Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanged items.

MEASUREMENTS

Garment measurements are approximate and may vary due to handmade production and fabric variations.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

Buyer’s rights to use the service are non-transferable, and resale of goods is prohibited.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

We reserve the right to refuse service or sales at our discretion.

RISK

Risk passes to you upon delivery, and we accept no liability for delays caused by third parties.
